FREE LIVE WORKSHOP · 24 + 25 NOVEMBER · 21:00 CET
Not every competition is
the big one
Masterplan is two free live evenings for agility handlers. Set your goals, build your plan, and start 2027 with crystal clarity.
Sound familiar? 🤔
Every weekend, another competition. And every one of them feels like the most important one.
That's how most handlers run their season. I don't know of another sport that does it like this. Athletes in other sports know which competitions really matter, and they use the others to prepare.
When the next competition is always the most important one, week in and week out, it wears you down. It causes fatigue. You hit a wall. And it can kill the joy, which is the last thing you want for you or your dog.
There's a better way, and it starts with sitting down and making a plan.
What you'll walk away with 🎯
- Clarity and priorities. You'll know which competitions are your most important ones, and which are supporting competitions, the ones you use to gather feedback, train and test, so you arrive ready for the ones that matter.
- A different mindset towards your competitions. You'll put different labels on them. That changes how you think about them and how you respond, so you feel less emotional when things don't go as planned. Choosing what matters most can feel stressful at first. In practice, it brings calm and balance.
- A structure for your whole year. A clear plan for 2027, built around the goal that matters to you.
The two evenings 🗓️
- Tuesday 24 November, 21:00 CET. Set your goals. Clear goals that matter to you, not the ones others expect (or don't expect) from you.
- Wednesday 25 November, 21:00 CET. Build your plan. Turn your goal into a plan for the whole year: your most important competitions, your supporting competitions, and how they fit together.
Who it's for 🐾
This is for you if:
- you compete, or want to, and you're planning your 2027 season
- every competition feels like the big one, and you're tired of it
- you feel the pressure building before the competitions that matter, like the one qualification you need to move up
- a run that didn't go as planned stays with you longer than you'd like
This is not for you if:
- you're looking for handling technique or course training for your dog. I'm a performance coach, not a handling instructor
- you're looking for a quick fix. This is about steady, consistent work over a season
The details 📋
- Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 November 2026, 21:00 to about 22:30 CET

- At the end of the second evening I'll tell you about the Dog Agility Performance community, which opens its doors to new members until 1 December. The workshop is yours either way.
Who is Christoffer? 👋
I'm Christoffer Remøy Endresen, a performance coach for agility handlers. Dogs have trainers, but handlers rarely have. That's the gap I work in.
I've coached handlers for about eight years, I've had a support role with the Norwegian Agility National Team, and I wrote The Agility Mindset. Before agility, I coached athletes in boxing, speed skating and cycling.
