❌ You are looking for a "magic maneuver" to fix a mindset problem. This is a mental performance course, not a technical manual for handling front crosses or teeters.
❌ You equate "buying the course" with "fixing the freeze." If you aren't willing to do the weekly mental rehearsals and "Mental Movie" practices, you won't see the ring-side results.
❌ You expect your nerves to simply vanish overnight.
We don't eliminate nerves; we give you the skills to lead through them. If you aren't willing to sit with a little discomfort, this isn't for you.
❌ You want a "quick fix" for a 5-year habit.
Rewiring 4–6 years of competition anxiety takes 6 weeks of intentional practice, not a single weekend of "positive thinking".
